The LowdownThe Georgia State Patrol was founded in 1937 and became the first advocate for establishing the Department of Public Safety. The GSP has been one of the nation’s top law enforcement agencies in advancing new technology and was the first agency in the country to equip all patrol cars with dash-mounted cameras.
Georgia State Patrol was preparing for its new Trooper School and was having difficulty attracting interested men and women. We were tasked with creating a marketing campaign that would increase their number of class registrants.
We launched a nine-city campaign to attract new troopers focused on traditional advertising with strategically placed billboards. This was complemented by targeted digital advertising via social media and SEM.
During our Trooper recruitment campaign, the Georgia State Patrol saw a 47% increase in the average number of applicants per day.
