Meet Lexi Kinstler
Lexi Kinstler joined M&R on January 6, 2025. Prior to her role as BDM at M&R, she held a variety of sales-related positions, including investor engagement specialist for Robins Regional Chamber and director of sales and marketing for Marriott. The skills sharpened during her prior experiences have prepared Lexi to step confidently into her new role as BDM.
With Lexi at the helm of their accounts, her clients can expect customized marketing solutions, crafted around their needs and goals, that will drive business forward.
Meet Alex Davison
Alex Davison joined M&R on April 10, 2025. Prior to his new role as BDM at M&R, he served in several marketing, managerial, and sales-related positions throughout the Middle Georgia area. From working as an event marketing specialist and territory manager with TTI/RYOBI power tools to being an account exec with 13WMAZ and a uniform sales rep with Cintas, Alex brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience to his BDM position.
Alex’s clients can expect a true marketing partner—a business development manager who will listen to their goals, understand their unique needs, and create custom marketing plans designed to unlock the growth potential they want to see.
