The Digital Strategist at M&R Marketing is an expert in digital marketing platforms and responsible for the implementation and performance of our digital marketing accounts. This includes providing digital service recommendations, advertising strategies, implementation, and detailed reporting of our digital services. 

You will join a digital team that includes three Digital Strategists, plus 18 other creatives across our development, design, copy, account management, and logistics departments. 

Relevant Experience

  • 2+ years professional experience with Google Ads account strategy, implementation, and management
  • 2+ years professional experience with social media page management and social media ad campaign strategy, implementation, and management
  • Preferred experience with Google Analytics, Geofencing, YouTube, and Online Business Listings

 Tasks Critical to Success

  • Create digital advertising strategies that clearly demonstrate a deep understanding of the clients’ needs in platforms and services not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media, Geofencing, YouTube, and Business Listings
  • Implement strategies and manage digital accounts with excellence and effectiveness
  • Analyze data to spot trends, track conversions, think critically, and make predictions that lead to successful, high performing digital advertising campaigns
  • Write clearly, creatively, and effectively on ad platforms and social media accounts
  • Coordinate with other departments including copy, design, and dev to implement integrated solutions
  • Provide proposal recommendations for Account Managers to present to leads and current clients
