Evergreen Propane is a family-owned and -operated propane, outdoor power, and tankless water heater retailer founded in 2012. Its first location opened in Forsyth, Georgia, and since has grown to five locations to better serve Middle Georgia customers.

The Need

Evergreen Propane approached M&R Marketing with a double-faceted need to increase brand awareness in its service areas by positioning the company as a full-service propane and outdoor power company. The second need was to boost the sales of propane tanks and tankless water heaters. In addition, the solutions needed to target both residential and commercial audiences.

The Solution

M&R Marketing’s solutions began with creating a comprehensive marketing plan including a one-year strategy, researching the target audience’s psychographic and demographic insights, and providing recommendations to optimize their current marketing efforts to reach their goals.

From there with our recommendations, the Evergreen team partnered with M&R to build a new website, utilize graphic design for print materials, and target its digital audience through a Google Ads strategy and landing page.

Evergreen Propane now boasts a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate website that showcases its expansive capabilities and diversified inventory.

The site utilizes clear call to actions that take the user through relevant residential or commercial buyer’s journeys and generate conversions. The Google Ads strategy and print materials acted as tactics to reach Evergreen’s additional goal of promoting specific products and highlighting its high-quality inventory.

Digital Marketing Performance

Google Ads and Facebook Ads have been outstanding digital services for Evergreen. Between January and June of 2022, Google Ads helped Evergreen Propane build brand awareness with over 180,000 impressions, and it has driven conversions with an exceptional 19.17% conversion rate for the search network campaigns. Within the same timeframe, Facebook Ads led to strong brand awareness, achieving nearly 375,000 impressions and reaching 69,000 individuals.
